Bill Phipps is interested in playing traditional music. Along with learning / preserving / disseminating folkloric music, he seeks to combine this traditional music to create fusion forms without compromising the integrity of the original. Through private instruction and the A.M.L.A. school of music, Bill focuses on Latin forms along with Brazilian.



Currently taking the next step with Animus, real FUSION is one outcome of combining traditional latin & mid-eastern rhythmic elements.
